ModaPets.com offers free shipping on orders that are over $149.99 U.S. and sent via UPS Ground in the Continental U.S.A. This applies to orders that are over $149.99 before any tax or fees applied. All special deliveries or special delivery times cost extra and will be billed according to the shipping chart above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges are calculated during time of ordering and are shipped via UPS Global Priority.

WARRANTY:
Products sold from ModaPets.com come with a one-year warranty that covers all manufacturing parts and pieces. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage inflicted by pets, such as tearing, scratching, staining, or chewing.

REPAIRS:
If your animal has damaged the carrier, you can contact us for repair. Fees for repair range from $30 to $80. If the damage cannot be repaired, we may offer you a replacement at a discounted price.

EXCHANGE:
We will charge or refund you the price difference with additional shipping and send you the right product immediately. Please return the item within 10 days from the date you request an exchange.

RETURNS and REFUNDS:
Simply write down the reason for the return on the invoice and send us the item in the same condition within 10 days from the date you receive it. A refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. Please note that shipping charge is not refundable and a 15% restocking fee for return will be charged. Refunds/credits will be made to the original form of payment.
